• As the first point of contact in the operations control centre, you receive emergency calls and reports from customers and train staff, assess the situation, and promptly and reliably initiate the necessary steps.
• You support our colleagues on the front line by professionally accompanying and coordinating operations throughout Switzerland and always keeping an overview of the situation.
• Together with over 190 colleagues at stations and on public transport, you contribute to safety, calm, and order.
• In close cooperation with our partner organisations, you take responsibility within the security network and help ensure that our customers always feel well protected and safe.

• Thanks to your service-oriented, open, and engaging manner, you always meet our customers and train staff in a friendly and professional way.
• Teamwork is important to you – you enjoy working with others and actively contribute to the team.
• You apply your good IT and administrative skills purposefully in everyday operations.
• Ideally, you hold the federal specialist certificate for Police Officer I and have solid police tactical and technical knowledge, ideally complemented by experience in an operations control centre.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in German or French (level C1); have good knowledge of the other language (level B2), and additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
