Programmer with CATIA & Team Leadership 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent CAM programming with CATIA

• Programming and optimisation of highly complex CNC milling programmes

• Leading a team of 7 employees

• Technical support for employees with complex machining tasks

• Manufacturing demanding components, including for the Formula 1 environment

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (COMPULSORY)

• Several years of experience in CNC machining as well as CAM programming

• Very good knowledge of CATIA CAM - especially important for highly complex components from the Formula 1 environment

• Experience in milling on 3- to 5-axis machining centres

• Technical understanding of highly precise manufacturing processes

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• Ability to maintain an overview even with complex manufacturing tasks

• Ability to support employees professionally and set clear priorities
