100% Rental Manager

Real estate agency and fiduciary office in the Monthey area, resulting from the merger of Künzle Fiduciaire and Gérance SA and Rigolet SA, we have been active in the market for 57 years. To complete our rental team, we are looking for a rental manager to start immediately or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Manage several rental properties
• Draw up leases and amendments
• Communicate with tenants, owners and companies

Your profile

• Commercial CFC or equivalent training
• Experience in the real estate sector
• Good stress resistance
• Organisational skills
• Excellent command of French and common IT tools
