About the job
What to expect:
Quality management and assurance:
- Active further development of our quality management system in close cooperation with clinic management and specialist departments
- Implementation and execution of new requirements from the quality contract
- Process manager including documentation
- Organisation of internal and external audits
- Responsibility for CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System)
- Reporting and evaluations (e.g. H+, ANQ measurements, patient satisfaction PREMs & MüpF, quarterly analyses including data exports, analysis, anonymisation and report creation)
- Implementation of new software
- Training of employees including knowledge management
Your qualifications:
- Specialist training, e.g. as a certified quality manager NDS HF (alternatively: commercial basic training and willingness to complete specialist further training with the intermediate step "Quality Manager Healthcare Basic").
- Experience in quality assurance, diagnostics or clinical processes is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- A flair for data analysis, organisation and process optimisation
- Confident communication with different stakeholders and strength in knowledge transfer
