Do you want to put your technical expertise at the service of quality products and gradually take on more responsibilities? This position is made for you! We are looking for an experienced person in the production of laminated dough products and dry cakes, ready to fully commit and build their development with us.

Your tasks:

• You carefully produce laminated pastry, viennoiserie and dry cakes, respecting our quality standards.
• You master the different production stages and ensure the consistency and quality of the products.
• You actively participate in the organisation and continuous improvement of the sector.
• You bring your technical expertise to the team and contribute to the development of your colleagues' skills.
• You take initiatives, identify potential problems and propose suitable and effective solutions.
• You contribute to the smooth running of the sector by ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• You are close to the ground and actively participate in the team’s dynamism and performance.

What you bring:

• You have solid experience in laminated dough, puff pastry and/or dry cakes, as well as very good knowledge of production processes.
• You work independently, organised and rigorously, with a true sense of responsibility.
• You stand out for your initiative, your ability to identify issues and your solution-oriented approach.
• You possess natural leadership and know how to unite, communicate effectively and advance a team.
• You are quality-oriented and place great importance on precision, consistency and continuous improvement.
