This established company, with headquarters in the Basel area, serves leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide and operates state-of-the-art cGMP-compliant laboratories, offering cutting-edge solutions in small molecule and biopharmaceutical analysis.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute analytical testing programs independently, including stability studies and quality release assessments for pharmaceutical products
 - Conduct chromatographic analyses using HPLC, UPLC, and mass spectrometry techniques in accordance with GMP standards
 - Perform sample preparation and processing for complex analytical workflows in regulated environments
 - Ensure comprehensive documentation of all laboratory activities and maintain compliant data management systems
 - Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, calibration activities, and adherence to quality standards
 - Contribute to method transfers and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the analytical team
 
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as Laboratory Technician, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA)
 - Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in GMP-regulated laboratory environments
 - Strong expertise in liquid chromatography (HPLC/UPLC); familiarity with mass spectrometry techniques is highly valued
 - Experience handling biological samples represents a significant advantage
 - Proficiency with chromatography software such as Chromeleon or similar data systems is beneficial
 - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication in an international environment
 - Detail-oriented work approach with strong organizational skills and commitment to regulatory compliance
