• Competent advice and support for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• Sparring partner for managers in all topics of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management and leadership
• Accompaniment and management of the recruitment process as well as internal mobility in close cooperation with the managers
• Support for long-term absences and assistance with the reintegration of employees
• Active participation in various HR projects as well as involvement in the development and optimisation of HR processes
• Speaker for recurring HR events and HR training sessions
• Further education in the field of HRM (federal diploma HR or Bachelor) and at least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar function (ideally in an industrial environment)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Communicative, trustworthy and service-oriented personality with high social competence
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
• Confident appearance, assertiveness as well as high resilience and ability to work in a team

Fluent German or French skills as well as very good knowledge of the other language.
