For an established Spitex organisation, we are looking for a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH / a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment (60–100 %). The organisation supports people in their homes with high professional competence, reliability, and personal commitment. Look forward to a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, clear structures, and a motivated team. The assignment offers you the opportunity to get to know Spitex or to specifically contribute your experience in the outpatient sector. If mutually interested, there is the possibility to continue the assignment within a Try-&-Hire model.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Take over the independent management and coordination of the care process for the clients assigned to you
• Support and advise relatives empathetically and be available to them as a competent contact person
• Provide professional support to FaGe and staff of the care team in daily work
• Work closely with general practitioners and other specialist agencies to ensure optimal care

Your advantages for the new employer

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or have an equivalent SRK recognition
• Ideally, you bring experience in Spitex – motivated professionals without Spitex experience are also welcome
• You work independently, responsibly, and convince with your communication skills and empathetic manner
