Would you like to start your career in the financial sector after your studies or even during them and gain practical experience? Are you interested in international fund structures, regulatory topics, and want to take on responsibility step by step? Then you are exactly right with us!
In the Global Fund Registration department, you will primarily support the legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes.
Through targeted induction and on-the-job training, you will gradually develop and take on more responsibility in the following areas:
- Client mandate management
- Maintenance of internal control and filing systems
- Preparation of applications for supervisory authorities
- Support in compliance with publication obligations
- Cooperation with internal departments
- Deadline management

What you should bring
- Completed or ongoing university studies (university/college) in economics or law
- Interest in the finance and fund industry (initial knowledge is an advantage but not a must)
- You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful, precise working style
- Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- You have native-level German and good English skills
