- You are responsible for monitoring and operating the packaging/production equipment assigned to you for our delicious cheese specialties. 🧀
- You complete the required production reports neatly and reliably. 📋
- If mutually interested and a vacancy exists, taking over as deputy team leader or progressing towards shift coordination is possible.
- You identify optimisation potential and actively contribute to idea management. 💡
- You comply with quality and safety regulations and reliably implement hygiene, environmental protection, and accident prevention rules. 🧼
- You process production orders and settle them according to production planning specifications.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a plant operator or in the food industry (baker, butcher, cook, etc.).
- You have professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company. 🏭
- You have a strong technical flair for machines, a high awareness of hygiene, and work independently and responsibly.
- You want to develop further and are interested in taking on leadership tasks in the future.
- You have system user knowledge (experience with inventory management systems, SAP) as well as good skills in the M365 environment (Word, Outlook, Excel). 💻
- You are willing to work flexible hours (2-3 shift operation) and are mobile.
- $You speak fluent German.
