To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking immediately, for a permanent position, at the Vevey site, for a motivated and committed person as a Kitchen Assistant, 60%.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the smooth running of operations at the till and provide professional till service.
- You are responsible for order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant (including dishwashing).
- You ensure the buffet is clean and complete.
- You ensure customers are served courteously at the coffee bar.
- You implement concepts with defined working methods.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene rules.
- You support the kitchen team if necessary.
Your profile
- You have preferably completed basic training in catering.
- You already have professional experience in a similar role.
- You enjoy customer contact and feel comfortable in the role of host/hostess.
- You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
- You work independently and are very good at prioritising.
- You are a reliable, meticulous, and committed person.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
- You can adapt your availability according to the schedule.
