You can make a difference
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of the dishwashing area and internal logistics
- You contribute daily with your teams to ensure that patients, employees, and guests feel comfortable with us
- In this exciting role, you lead a team of 17 employees, plan their deployment, conduct annual employee reviews, and pitch in yourself
- You are responsible for the procurement of cleaning supplies and their proper storage
- You handle administrative tasks and support us during staff shortages in both teams
This is what you bring
- You have completed training, preferably in the field of home economics or hospitality, and bring several years of professional and leadership experience from a comparable field
- You are a reliable, motivated, proactive, and service-oriented person who enjoys working with people from different cultures
- You work independently and goal-oriented
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written, and are proficient with common office programs
- You hold a category B driver's license and are willing to work irregular shifts and on weekends/public holidays
