For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for an Employee Administration 60% - 80% in Bern.
Your Challenge
- Reception and telephone switchboard support
- Perform general office and secretarial tasks as well as invoicing
- Processing of the post and mail accounts as well as office supplies and clothing orders
- Correspondence work for the vehicle fleet
- Increased workload during holiday cover
Your Profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with several years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, IT affinity
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as precise working methods
- Resilient, reliable and team-oriented personality
