Team Leader Nursing Outpatient Clinic Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation

The medical department Heart/Vessels combines the clinics of Cardiology, Angiology as well as Heart/Vascular Surgery and is one of the leading centres for the diagnosis and treatment of heart and circulatory diseases. As a team leader, you will shape the further development of the outpatient clinic for heart failure and heart transplantation, the ECG team, and paediatric cardiology together with the department management. In doing so, you promote appreciative collaboration and continuously develop structures, processes, and staff. Our leadership philosophy is based on respect, excellence, and responsibility. What you bring

• Diploma in nursing HF / FH with professional experience in acute care
• Leadership experience with high professional, personal, and social competence
• You lead and support employees appreciatively and clearly
• You have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as an interest in process-oriented thinking
• You have a great interest in pioneering innovations and their implementation in everyday nursing
• Good knowledge of French
