For its sociocultural activity centre Le Troglo, the Municipality of Laténa is looking for an inspiring, creative and unifying personality, capable of turning ideas into actions.

Your mission As the manager of Le Troglo, you contribute to the development, integration and socialisation of young people. You lead the team while being present on the ground, to make the centre a lively, welcoming and stimulating place that guarantees a safe environment. Your responsibilities • Establish a caring relationship with young people based on listening and trust, encourage expression and dialogue, and actively participate in activities on the ground in addition to management tasks; • Develop and carry out actions promoting integration, living together and social cohesion; • Know the local specificities and issues to identify and analyse the needs of young people, then design suitable projects with the team and those concerned; • Ensure the operational and human management of the centre, including leading a small team as well as supervising trainees and interns; • Guarantee the administrative and organisational follow-up of the position while developing and maintaining close collaborations with institutional, associative partners and the local network.

Profile sought • Holder of a HES diploma in social work, specialising in sociocultural animation or equivalent training, with proven experience (CAS ES/FPP trainer an asset); • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills as well as great ease in relations with young people; • Proactive, dynamic, autonomous spirit and highly creative; • Perfect command of the French language (oral and written), computer literacy, rigour, stress resistance and diplomacy in complex situations.
