What is the role about?

You lead a new dedicated team and are responsible for the introduction and further development of a method chain for quality planning in advance. You shape the strategic and operational implementation across innovation, manufacturing, and procurement and drive quality management forward in a targeted manner. You report directly to the Head of Quality Management.

What tasks will you take on?

• You introduce the method chains of quality planning in advance, ensure their operational application, and continuously develop them further.
• You take responsibility as method owner, controller, and user and ensure effective method application.
• You actively participate as a member of the review team in the product development process (PEP) and contribute your method expertise in a targeted way.
• You train the relevant methods and method chains and promote their sustainable application and anchoring throughout the company.
• You lead a powerful team, develop it purposefully, and create the organisational prerequisites for professional and company-wide method competence.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a technical master’s degree, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or process engineering.
• You bring many years of experience in the introduction, application, and further development of methods of quality planning in advance as well as sound practical experience in product development.
• You convince with analytical strength, a pronounced willingness to shape, and the ability to enforce sustainable solutions even in demanding situations.
• You have a strong understanding of the maturity level of organisations and know what requirements must be met today and in the future for professional quality planning in advance.
• You work confidently with interdisciplinary teams and the functions of technical quality, manufacturing quality assurance, and supplier quality, communicate confidently in German and English, and are proficient in handling ERP and QM systems.
