Workshop Manager 100% - Romanel-sur-Lausanne

Autocorner SA is a family business recognised in the automotive distribution sector for the Audi, Škoda and BYD brands. We currently have more than 100 employees and 10 apprentices and are present in the cantons of Vaud and Valais, with 4 dealerships and 2 used vehicle centres.

To strengthen our team within our Škoda dealership in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, we are currently looking for a workshop manager, for a position to be filled immediately or by agreement.

GENERAL MISSION

The Workshop Manager oversees the entire mechanical workshop, manages the planning and distribution of work, supervises a team and ensures quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

DETAILED MISSION

• Supervise a team of about ten technicians and apprentices
• Monitor and analyse workshop results
• Manage the workshop schedule and allocate work
• Ensure a high level of service quality and compliance with internal procedures
• Guarantee the safety of employees and cleanliness of the facilities
• Handle complaints in collaboration with the After-Sales Service
• Have skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the automotive sector and/or a federal certificate as a Diagnostician or in team management
• You have 3-5 years of successful experience in team management
• Your constant goal is customer satisfaction
• Result-oriented, you have extensive experience in the automotive field
• You know how to unite and motivate a team to achieve set objectives
• You are capable of leading work sessions
• You are a dynamic, flexible, motivated, honest and loyal person
• You have strong listening, analytical and crisis management skills
• You hold a valid driving licence
