IT Supporter Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
Role:
You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT questions and feel at home in the Microsoft 365 world? Then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
As an IT Supporter with a focus on Workplace & Microsoft 365, you will ensure a reliable and modern workplace for our employees together with our IT team.
Support and assistance for employees with hardware and software issues
Analysis and resolution of faults in 1st and 2nd level support
Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 environment
Support of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and other M365 services
Management and support of Windows workstations and mobile devices
Assistance with the administration of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
Installation, configuration and lifecycle management of clients and peripheral devices
User and permission management
Participation in the further development and standardisation of our workplace environment
Documentation of solutions and maintenance of the knowledge base
Participation in IT projects and the introduction of new technologies
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT support or service desk
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
Experience with Windows 10/11 and ideally Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint
Enjoyment of direct contact with users
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills and good English skills
You like to work independently but are also a team player
