These are your tasks:
- Management and further development of the process-oriented and economical operation of Festhalle and MAP in line with the city’s objectives
- Ensuring safety (BESIBE), availability and economic efficiency of the facilities
- Leadership, promotion and targeted deployment of employees including target agreements and performance reviews
- Planning, coordination, execution and control of operational, cleaning, maintenance and servicing work as well as technical infrastructure
- Implementation and monitoring of legal, safety and operational regulations (hygiene, energy, building, etc.)
- Responsibility for smooth event operations – from preparation to follow-up
- Setup, operation and support of technical equipment on stage and in the control room
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer contact before, during and after events
- Monitoring the budget as well as checking and coding supplier invoices
What you bring with you:
- You are a caretaker, certified specialist in operational maintenance EFZ with a focus on building services or event specialist and have experience in a comparable role
- Experience in personnel management as well as in organizing and controlling operational processes and occupational safety
- Technical understanding, especially in building technology, building cleaning and event technology as well as in handling IT.
- Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and organizational talent
- High resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Good prioritization skills and independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as evening and weekend shifts
