Description
For the further expansion of our M&A practice in Zurich, we are looking for an excellently trained
and innovative personality (m/f/d) who enjoys working with us
on cross-border projects and advising our clients with commitment and
expertise. You will work closely with colleagues from various countries
and contribute your ideas to a dynamic, international environment.
Your tasks:
- Legal advice and support for M&A transactions (due diligence, contract drafting, negotiations)
- Preparation and review of purchase, participation, and corporate agreements
- Coordination with internal specialist departments and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors)
- Support in corporate restructuring
- Management and expansion of client relationships
Your profile:
- Completed law degree and admission to the bar in Switzerland
- Several years of professional experience in M&A or corporate law
- Good academic record (magna/summa cum laude)
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills and high initiative
