Our partner is a leading, technology-oriented manufacturing company with its own tool and plant construction. For the production site in the Lyss region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an entrepreneurial-minded, analytically strong personality as Production Controller / Senior Operations Controller. In this key position, you report directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and act as a financial sparring partner for the local management. You combine deep financial analyses with operational process understanding, manage project and R&D controlling, and actively drive efficiency and profitability along the value chain.

Responsibilities:
In your operations controlling role, you are responsible for production and cost controlling (manufacturing costs, calculations, variance analyses and KPIs).
You manage the analysis of operational processes and derive concrete measures to increase productivity and profitability.
You are responsible for R&D and plant construction controlling including financial evaluation of self-developed production plants.
You manage project controlling, post-calculation as well as monitoring of inventories and stock developments.
You are responsible for conducting make-or-buy, investment and profitability analyses.
You manage budget, forecast, management reporting as well as the development of multi-level contribution margin accounting.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies (FH/Uni/ETH) in business administration, controlling, finance or industrial engineering (or comparable qualification).
Several years of solid professional experience in plant/production controlling of a manufacturing industrial company.
Strong understanding of operational production processes, cost accounting and value chains.
Strong entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and high communication skills towards production, R&D and management.
Very good Excel and ERP skills (proALPHA advantageous but not mandatory).
Fluent German and good English skills.
