Your tasks
- Responsibility for the successful operational, qualitative and financial management of a hospital mandate
- First point of contact for the client on site as well as responsible for client meetings, inspections and complaint management
- Management of approximately 4 directly subordinate employees and overall responsibility for around 60 cleaning specialists, as well as responsible for recruiting skilled personnel
- Ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery through regular quality and hygiene checks and targeted management of employees, processes and resources
- Responsibility for compliance with the prescribed working hours of employees as well as material costs
- Responsibility for monthly financial statements and object-related controlling tasks
- Responsibility for planning, managing and continuously optimising all operational processes in collaboration with various interfaces
- Use of modern digital planning tools and quality systems to manage resources, services and quality controls
Your profile
- Completed training in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality or Cleaning with relevant further education advantageous
- Professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a hospital or a comparable service-oriented organisation
- Several years of experience in an operational leadership role with personnel, quality and customer responsibility
- Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a high service orientation and independence
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- MS Office user skills
