In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions, ensure smooth IT operations, and support our employees with competent assistance. - Managing user accounts and access rights in IT systems
- Performing hardware and software installations at workstations (including on-site support for POCT devices)
- Supporting and actively participating in internal IT projects
- Identifying and forwarding complex issues to specialised departments
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra required
- Fluent in German and English, French or Italian advantageous
- Service-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility and mobility (driving licence category B)
- Collegial cooperation in a value-oriented and diverse family business

- International orientation with daily use of German and English

- Receiving and processing technical inquiries in IT support- Managing user accounts and access rights in IT systems

Profile
- Completed training in the IT field with solid Windows knowledge- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra required

- Service-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility and mobility (driving licence category B)
