About the job

For a modern and warm Spitex organisation in the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, which enables people to live at home in their familiar surroundings, a committed Health and Social Care Assistant (AGS) (40–100 %) is sought.

Responsibilities

Support of residents in daily care and assistance
Help with personal hygiene, mobilisation and dressing
Support in everyday life (eating, activities, social care)
Household tasks
Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant (AGS) or equivalent
Enjoyment in working with elderly people
Empathy, patience and sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills and flexibility
Good knowledge of German
