Job Description

• Regular independent rounds to check the condition of the property
• Documentation of property conditions with appropriate reporting to the supervisor
• Monitoring of building services engineering
• Maintenance work and minor repairs in buildings
• Outdoor work
• Procurement of consumables
• Recycling and waste management
• Provision of furniture and event room
• Maintenance and care of service vehicle, machines, and tools
• Management of building control system
• Support with winter service and on-call duty

We Expect

• Training as a caretaker BP/FA, facility management specialist EFZ, maintenance practitioner EBA, or a craftsperson with several years of work experience in maintenance
• All-rounder qualities and willingness to assist flexibly within the company
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• PC skills
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Friendly interaction with customers
