Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the HR team
(2 employees) - Ensuring and continuously developing existing personnel processes as well as actively shaping and implementing HR projects, especially in the areas of digitization and process optimization
- Responsibility for payroll processing including social insurances (Payroll system Abacus)
- Advising management on labor law and personnel issues
Your Profile
- Qualification as an HR specialist with federal diploma or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Independent, pragmatic working style as well as solution-oriented and networked thinking
- Trustworthy, reliable, and service-oriented personality
