Property Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a property manager with a federal professional certificate, you will work in a well-coordinated environment with a strong team spirit and benefit from good social benefits. You design your working day independently thanks to flexible working hours and use a modern workplace. In addition, you can develop professionally by benefiting from support and financial participation in further training. Additionally, you have 5 weeks of holiday, and you have the day off on your birthday.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage a mixed portfolio commercially and technically
- In this role, you are responsible for re-letting and refurbishing apartments
- As a property manager, you conduct structural investigations and supervision
- You carry out handovers of rental properties and maintain written and verbal contact with stakeholders
- In this role, you check heating and operating cost statements and prepare reports
- As a property manager, you bear result responsibility for forecasting, budgeting and planning and lead condominium meetings
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and the professional certificate in property management
- You bring 2-3 years of practical experience in an equivalent function
- You possess good knowledge of property law
- You have a solid technical understanding of buildings
- You act service- and solution-oriented and think economically interconnected
- You consider the interests of all parties and ideally have GARAIO REM knowledge
