What you achieve
- Preparation of meals for the residents of the apartments and guests in the restaurant (cold and hot kitchen)
- Coordinating the work and processes together with the head chef
- Supporting the head chef in preparing special weeks and events
- Supporting the head chef in the proper storage of food and raw materials
- Assisting in the training of apprentices
- Taking over daily responsibility in the absence of the head chef and sous-chef
What distinguishes you
- Completed professional training as a cook
- Experience in a large kitchen in a hotel-like operation
- Ideally knowledge of diet cuisine
- Independent and responsible personality with a polished manner
- Very good written and spoken German skills
