Your area of responsibility
In this exciting role, you take on the technical leadership and responsibility for central areas of workplace management. Your tasks include:
- Windows 10 / 11 Client Engineering: You are responsible for the development, management, and optimisation of Windows clients to ensure smooth usage.
- Microsoft Autopilot and Intune: You continuously manage and improve the systems for efficient device deployment and management.
- Definition of hardware standards: You set standards for the hardware used and ensure their continuous maintenance.
- Microsoft Teams (telephony): You administer and optimise the telephony functions within Microsoft Teams.
- Printer management: You take over the management and optimisation of the printer landscape to ensure trouble-free operation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support and management of workplace-related applications: You ensure smooth operation and work on the continuous improvement of the applications used.
- Evaluation, testing, and implementation of new software products and release upgrades: You analyse new technologies, conduct tests, and implement innovative software solutions.
- Resolution of complex incidents, changes, and disruptions: You handle and resolve demanding technical problems and changes.
- Independent implementation of IT projects: You plan and execute projects independently to further develop the IT landscape.
- Coaching and mentoring: You support and develop (junior) systems engineers through targeted coaching and mentoring.
This position offers you the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment and actively participate in the further development of the IT infrastructure. With your commitment and expertise, you will shape the future of workplace management at Green at the locations Dielsdorf (Zurich) and Lupfig (Aargau),
Your skills
- Completed training or further education in the field of computer science (FA/HF) or equivalent, solid professional experience.
- Several years of experience in supporting workplace technologies, especially with Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience in systems and requirements engineering with a clear focus on methodical approach. Strong methodological skills as well as analytical and structured thinking, enabling efficient handling of complex challenges.
- Proactive, communicative, and open personality with integration skills as well as technical and analytical expertise. Willingness to perform on-call duty and occasionally work outside regular hours. Driving licence category B required.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as advantageous English skills. Impeccable reputation is a prerequisite.
