Salesperson with Responsibility 80 - 90%
Your Tasks
- You take responsibility for the store and the team in the absence of the store management and their deputy
- You ensure a smooth process at the checkout and provide a pleasant customer experience
- You pay attention to attractive product presentation and a clean, inviting sales area
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have completed training in retail (EFZ) with a focus on food
- You hold the professional trainer certificate
- Some experience in staff management is desirable
- You are passionate about excellent service and advise our customers competently and friendly
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have a confident handling of MS Office and ideally bring experience with SAP R/3
- You are willing to work flexibly, including Saturdays and irregular hours
- You are mobile
