What is my role?

• You take on the strategic and operational procurement of materials, products and services

• You negotiate terms with suppliers and conclude contracts

• You analyse markets, identify savings potential and continuously optimise purchasing processes

• You build and maintain long-term supplier relationships

• You work closely with other departments such as production, logistics and quality management

• You monitor market trends and ensure a secure supply

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial or technical basic training

• Further training in purchasing desired

• You bring several years of professional experience in purchasing

• You have strong negotiation skills and assertiveness

• You work in a structured, analytical way and have a good understanding of numbers

• You are communicative and team-oriented

• You are confident with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems

• You have good English skills, both spoken and written
