- Together with the deputy store manager, you share responsibility for your JYSK store.
- You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the store for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
- You analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly
- You implement store concepts and routines
- You recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team
