• Together with the deputy store manager, you share responsibility for your JYSK store.
• You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the store for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
• You analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team
