Specialist in Site Maintenance and Green Care (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance and care of all green areas, lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds and indoor plants
• Carrying out gardening and maintenance work according to annual and care plans
• Mowing, watering, cutting and care of green spaces
• Cleaning and maintenance of car parks, roads, driveways, pavements and recreational areas
• Winter service including snow clearance, ice control
• Maintenance, care and cleaning of machines, equipment and vehicles
• Inspection and maintenance of signposts and information boards
• Supervising external service providers

Profile

• Qualified gardener EFZ, specialist in facility maintenance EFZ specialising in site services or comparable training
• Several years of experience in site maintenance, green areas or site services advantageous
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding of machines and equipment
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Driving licence category B (ideally also category BE)
• Good communication skills and friendly interaction with employees, patients and visitors
