Your Tasks
You have initial leadership experience or want to take the next step in your professional career? We offer you the opportunity to develop as a deputy team leader in a supportive environment and actively shape the future of our department together with a dedicated nursing team. You support the team leader in the operational and organizational management of the nursing team. You share responsibility for ensuring professional, person-centered care. You take on tasks in duty planning, quality assurance, and case discussions. You are the contact person for employees, relatives, and internal interfaces. Furthermore, you participate in development projects in the nursing field and actively work in daily nursing care (mostly on weekdays).
Your Profile
- Completed training in nursing (HF, FH or equivalent)
- Initial experience in professional or organizational leadership is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to take responsibility and further develop in leadership tasks
- Resilient, solution-oriented, and empathetic personality
- Interest in professional development with a perspective to become a team leader
