Specialist Engineering (m/f/d)
Workload: 50% / Location: Sursee

As a Specialist Engineering, you ensure efficient packaging management, high data quality and standardised packaging solutions. In doing so, you coordinate important interfaces and contribute to ensuring that our products find their way to our customers efficiently and reliably. Your Area of Responsibility
- You are responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of our packaging concepts for the entire product range.
- You define and create product-specific packaging solutions, taking into account quality, transport and material requirements.
- You create and maintain packaging bills of materials and prepare the corresponding master data for SAP.
- You define and manage packaging components such as hangers, boxes, bands, hangtags and colour dots and ensure their standardisation.
- You work closely with Product Management, Quality Management and other interfaces to develop new packaging solutions and implement product-specific requirements.
- You maintain and further develop our packaging standards and ensure structured documentation and filing of packaging methods.
- You support the introduction of new products and ensure smooth implementation of packaging, material master data and packaging processes.
- You create and maintain cross-departmental lists, evaluations and status overviews, thereby ensuring a transparent information base for Engineering, Product Management, Controlling and SAP.
What is Important to Us
- You bring professional experience in the clothing industry – ideally in the areas of packaging, engineering or master data management.
- You are proficient in the use of common Microsoft Office applications and ideally have already worked with SAP and PLM systems (e.g. TexDefine).
- You work in a structured, independent and careful manner and have a strong affinity for data and processes.
- You are flexible, communicative and team-oriented and enjoy working with different interfaces.
