About the job
The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with disabilities. In the residential area, we are looking for a new team member from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as
Qualified Nurse or Social Pedagogue HF, 80%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of people with cognitive and multiple disabilities in the residential area
- Professional and holistic nursing and care (including palliative)
- Agogic and nursing co-responsibility in the team, concept work, LQ planning
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
We expect from you
- An HF qualification in nursing or social pedagogy
- You enjoy working with elderly people and wish to accompany them until the end of their lives
- Ideally, you already have experience in geriatrics and/or palliative care
- Client-centred action, flexibility and tolerance are qualities that come naturally to you
- You handle constructive feedback well, are communicative and reflective
- You are resilient and have good physical constitution
- Irregular working hours do not trouble you (no night shifts)
- Humour, wit and a positive attitude to life are among your strengths
- You have very good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving licence
