About the job

• Personnel and technical leadership of the "Cyber Security C5I" team
• Overall responsibility for the cyber security architecture for security-relevant ICT systems
• Ensuring security by design for all platforms and applications to be developed
• Managing risk, vulnerability, and incident management in highly sensitive system environments
• Translating military and regulatory requirements into actionable technical security solutions
• Evaluating and introducing new technologies to strengthen cyber defense and system resilience
• Promoting collaboration with teams from other departments to optimize interfaces
• Responsibility for all administrative matters in the area of responsibility

• University degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in cyber security
• Several years of experience in a leadership position is an advantage, ideally in the field of cyber security, with a focus on security engineering
• Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
• Strong customer orientation, a pronounced quality awareness, and a confident appearance
• Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment as well as motivation to succeed in a future-oriented business area
• Fluent German and English skills (level B2) as well as French are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
