Head of Training Program Wood Construction Foreman with Federal Diploma (a)

Practice meets pedagogy: Do you want to pass on your knowledge and train the next generation of wood construction experts? Then take over the management of our training program at the Continuing Education Center Canton of Lucerne (WBZ) together with a dedicated team and room for innovation.

• You are responsible for the wood construction foreman training program both professionally and personally with practical relevance, goal orientation, and a clear focus on quality.
• You lead our instructors with empathy and clarity and create and develop the pedagogical concept (from learning objectives to didactics to lesson budget) based on the requirements of the examination regulations and its guidelines in a future-oriented manner.
• You represent the Continuing Education Center Canton of Lucerne in professional committees and actively contribute to vocational education.
• You are the first contact person for interested parties and participants – competent, motivating, and solution-oriented.
• You work closely with our administration and marketing to optimally position the training programs.

• You are a wood construction foreman with a federal diploma or have an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in wood construction and ideally also in leadership.
• You can teach in at least one subject area yourself and have a pedagogical qualification (e.g., SVEB) or are willing to obtain one.
• Your enthusiasm for digital tools distinguishes you (M365, CAD) and you actively promote digitalization in the training program.
• You are communicative, enjoy working with different personalities, and like working in interdisciplinary teams.
