Administrative Assistant 50%The Literargymnasium Rämibühl is a Zurich high school with classical and modern language profiles, the PPP profile, as well as an educational pathway leading to a double qualification: bilingual Matura (German/English) and International Baccalaureate (IB). The gymnasium is a workplace and learning environment for around 770 students and 130 teachers and staff. The traditional gymnasium, founded in 1833, is characterized by its proximity to the University and ETH Zurich, its manageable size, and a broadly developed elective course offering.
We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our administration team immediately or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to three years with the possibility of an extension.
Your tasks
In this exciting and varied role, you will support the Head of Central Services in a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. You will independently process and coordinate correspondence and actively contribute to projects as well as daily business. You will play a key role in further developing our digital document management with SharePoint, ensuring efficient workflows. Furthermore, you will organize internal events from A to Z – from room booking to catering to smooth on-site execution. With your creativity and attention to detail, you will also take care of the organization and management of our merchandising items, thus contributing to the positive external image of our school.
Your profile
You convince as a true organizational talent and have completed commercial basic training as well as solid MS Office skills. With your independent, responsible, and efficient working style, you keep an overview even in dynamic situations. Thanks to your strong communication skills in spoken and written German, you find it easy to interact professionally with different stakeholders. A confident appearance, service orientation, and team spirit also characterize you, as does the joy of actively shaping and further developing processes.
