• You manage and coordinate all cleaning processes and ensure that buildings and outdoor areas are in impeccable condition

• With your craft skills, you personally handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks and take care of winter services

• A solid basic education in operational maintenance or caretaking with several years of practical experience

• A category B driving licence, which you actively use
