Your tasks:

• You take on a responsible leadership role within obstetrics and actively contribute your experience to the further development of the specialist area
• Together with the management team, you shape the professional and organisational future of the women's clinic
• You care for outpatient and inpatient patients across the entire obstetric spectrum – from the consultation to the delivery room and operative procedures
• You are committed to the further development of fetomaternal medicine and promote high-quality care for patients
• You support assistant doctors in their training and take on supervisory duties
• You maintain close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as regional referrers and further develop regional partnerships

Your skills:

• You hold the specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics
• Ideally, you bring a focus on fetomaternal medicine or wish to actively develop this area further
• You have several years of experience in a management role and enjoy taking on leadership responsibility
• You are characterised by high social competence, decisiveness, and a team-oriented working style
• Promoting and training assistant doctors is close to your heart
