About the job
Would you like to actively shape the future of modern obstetrics? Are you looking for a leadership role that offers you long-term prospects, scope for creativity, and a collegial environment?
Our client is a modern, cross-location organised women's clinic in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, which is continuously developing and jointly shaping the obstetric care of the region. With around 1,000 births per year, contemporary infrastructure, and close interdisciplinary collaboration, it offers a diverse medical spectrum as well as an environment where quality, teamwork, and innovation are equally valued. The strategic further development of obstetrics gives you the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and set sustainable impulses – embedded in an appreciative corporate culture with long-term prospects.
Your tasks:
- You take on a responsible leadership role within obstetrics and actively contribute your experience to the further development of the specialist area
- Together with the management team, you shape the professional and organisational future of the women's clinic
- You care for outpatient and inpatient patients across the entire obstetric spectrum – from the consultation to the delivery room and operative procedures
- You are committed to the further development of fetomaternal medicine and promote high-quality care for patients
- You support assistant doctors in their training and take on supervisory duties
- You maintain close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as regional referrers and further develop regional partnerships
Your skills:
- You hold the specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics
- Ideally, you bring a focus on fetomaternal medicine or wish to actively develop this area further
- You have several years of experience in a management role and enjoy taking on leadership responsibility
- You are characterised by high social competence, decisiveness, and a team-oriented working style
- Promoting and training assistant doctors is close to your heart
Your benefits:
- Responsible leadership role with plenty of scope for creativity
- Active participation in the further development of obstetrics and fetomaternal medicine
- Broad obstetric spectrum with around 1,000 births per year at two closely networked locations
- Modern infrastructure and excellently coordinated interdisciplinary collaboration
- Collegial, appreciative team with short decision-making paths
- Long-term prospects in a future-oriented women's clinic
- Working in a region with a high quality of life and diverse leisure opportunities
