The Spitex Training Network Innerschwyz is a cooperative alliance of five Spitex organisations for training in nursing.

With us, you will get to know nursing in a versatile way, namely right in everyday life: you will be out and about, see different life situations and quickly realise how much you can achieve with small actions.
And yes: it is sometimes demanding. But that is exactly what will help you progress.
What awaits you
In your 2 - 3 year course, you will learn step by step everything you need as an HF – accompanied by experienced trainers and teams who take you and your needs seriously.
With us you will learn to:
- Professionally support and accompany people in everyday life
- Systematically record changes in clients, professionally assess the situation and initiate appropriate nursing measures in a targeted manner
- Carry out medical-technical measures according to quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, relatives and interprofessional partners, as well as provide advice in everyday nursing
- Take on daily responsibility and case management (measured by training level)
- Document and work according to clear quality standards
