About the job
To complement our "Fugu" daycare team, we are looking for an apprentice Childcare Specialist EFZ starting August 2027 or by arrangement.
"Fugu" daycares is a private company committed to expanding family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. At 18 locations, we care for over 650 children daily with more than 320 employees and train around 100 apprentices. Our daycares are located in Zurich, Winterthur, Glattbrugg, Meilen, Wallisellen, Dübendorf, Küsnacht, Uster, Affoltern am Albis, Wädenswil, Rüti, and Rapperswil-Jona. They are all centrally located and easily accessible by public transport.
We are dedicated to your training! Several people are involved in your education: our training supervisors, practical instructors, and pedagogical angels. They support you with their expertise and assist you in achieving your training goals. We go a step further. In addition to the usual learning objectives, you will take on further responsible tasks. This opens many opportunities for you with us after your training.
TASKS
• Learning specialist knowledge and applying it in practice
• Supporting the group leader in managing the children's group according to the educational principles of "Fugu" daycares
• Actively planning the daily routine of the daycare
• Independently and/or co-organising celebrations, festivals, and events
REQUIREMENTS
• Completed compulsory schooling and started training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ, specialising in children
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Reliable and motivated to learn new things
• Resilient
• Good manners
• Enjoyment and interest in working with children and in a team
