For our mountain restaurant Tschuggenhütte located in the outstanding 5-star ski area, we are looking for you from November 2026 to April 2027 as:
Head Chef (100%)
The Tschuggenhütte impresses with a dreamlike mountain view from the large sun terrace, as well as a cosy, serviced ski hut atmosphere at 1,991 m above sea level. The Tschuggendörfli includes the main restaurant with terrace, the Chalet Hennästall with deck chairs, the take-away operation Mountain Mac, as well as the après-ski hut KuhBar. Your tasks:
- Leading a larger kitchen team
- Staff planning
- Planning the daily menu
- Mise en place for daily operations
- Preparation and production of all dishes
- Orders and inventory management
- Compliance and monitoring of HACCP
- Support of all stations/pass
- Daily cleaning tasks
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ and experience in the same or a similar position
- You speak German and preferably understand Swiss German
- Independent and responsible working, with enthusiasm to further develop the operation
- You enjoy cooking regional dishes with fresh products
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
- Resilience, reliability, team player, quick comprehension and keeping an overview in stressful situations
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
