YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support and optimisation of Stadler service locations
- Analysing problems as well as developing and implementing sustainable solutions and processes
- Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
- Acting as an interface between technical, operational, and commercial business areas
- Ensuring clear, level-appropriate communication
- Preparing decision-relevant information and analyses for divisional management and presenting the results
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completion of a higher education qualification (HF, FH, University) with a business administration focus
- Several years of experience in project or subproject management with implementation responsibility
- Experience in tender projects, commercial order processing, or business development in an industrial environment
- Networked, solution-oriented thinking and quick comprehension
- Doer mentality with drive, perseverance, and the ability to engage others
- Enjoyment of complex challenges and new subject areas
- High quality standards and structured working methods
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–40%
