- Support the successful implementation of customer projects on the way to the Modern Workplace in the cloud including the implementation of Microsoft security solutions
- Assist in the implementation and further development of workplace infrastructures at customers
- Support with operational issues, as well as application support of systems at customers
- Assist customers with rollout, transition and introduction of new systems into operation
- Create software packages (Intune)
- Support the support team
- You convince us with your practical experience in the administration of Windows client and server platforms
- High enthusiasm for customer- and service-oriented work as well as good communication skills
- High quality awareness and structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
- Willing to explore new paths in the workplace environment and inspire customers
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage

Tasks
- Collaborate on the design of Modern Workplace Services based on the latest Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Security, Compliance, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Services, AVD, Windows 365 and Windows 10 & Windows 11- Support the successful implementation of customer projects on the way to the Modern Workplace in the cloud including the implementation of Microsoft security solutions
- Assist in the implementation and further development of workplace infrastructures at customers
- Support with operational issues, as well as application support of systems at customers

Profile
- You have a solid IT education (EFZ) and experience in system technology/network/security orientation (Office 365, Azure etc.)- You convince us with your practical experience in the administration of Windows client and server platforms
- High enthusiasm for customer- and service-oriented work as well as good communication skills
- High quality awareness and structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
- Willing to explore new paths in the workplace environment and inspire customers
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage
