Your Tasks
- The focus of your daily work is continuous, holistic care, where the individual needs of the residents are specifically considered and professionally supported.
- Through your open attitude and respectful communication with all professional groups, you contribute decisively to smooth interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the entire care and treatment process.
- Together with the team, you take responsibility for high-quality care and advocate for a respectful, collegial working environment where everyone feels comfortable.
- By actively supporting trainees and students, you promote their professional and personal development and help them strengthen their professional identity in everyday nursing practice.
Our Requirements
- Your completed training as a health and nursing professional or recognised nursing specialist forms the solid foundation for this responsible role and emphasises your professional qualifications.
- With your extensive experience in long-term care, you bring valuable practical knowledge and profound nursing competence to the daily workflow.
- Professional development is a natural part of your professional attitude – through your willingness to learn and commitment, you always stay up to date with modern nursing practice.
- Challenging and varied areas of deployment particularly appeal to you and motivate you to continuously expand your skills and gain new experiences.
