Your tasks
- Competent, individual care and support of residents
- Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- Supervision of trainees AGS and FaGe as well as interns
- Willingness to work in all shifts (early/late/night shifts)
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Initial experience in acute or long-term care
- High respect for elderly and demented people
- Independent, flexible and resilient personality
- High quality and service awareness
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
