Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) is a global business area of METTLER TOLEDO. Our employees develop, produce and market highly precise instruments to provide our customers with the greatest possible benefit in their demanding application areas. At our global, operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking to strengthen our R&D team with a Team Leader Technical Documentation 80% - 100% (m/f/d). In this key role, you will undertake the following tasks: You will take on the professional and personnel management of the technical documentation team and coordinate cross-site collaboration with internal, external and international employees, including in India. You are responsible for the planning and (multi-)project management of technical documentation for product development projects, coordinate technical changes and ensure efficient resource planning. You act as the central point of contact and maintain active stakeholder management with project managers, product management and other internal departments. You ensure the timely and high-quality creation of service manuals, user manuals, reference manuals and other product-related documentation and support the team with demanding technical issues. You continuously develop processes, methods and tools for technical documentation and actively drive their digitalisation and automation. You are responsible for compliance with and implementation of relevant regulatory requirements, such as DIN EN IEC/IEEE 82079, Machinery Regulation, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and Digital Product Passport (DPP). You shape the further development of terminology management as well as technical visualisation and promote knowledge transfer within the international team. You coordinate external service providers, especially for translations and additional team capacities, and ensure efficient collaboration with internal specialist departments.
