For our client, an innovative Swiss technology company, we are looking for an Automation Technician. In this versatile role, you will develop and implement customised automation solutions for demanding applications. You will combine engineering, project management, and customer contact, making an active contribution to the sustainable use of important resources.
- Planning and configuration of PLC controls, industrial PCs, and communication systems
- Engineering and design of measurement, control, and regulation systems for demanding customer projects
- Integration of various hardware and software systems into functioning overall solutions
- Technical consulting of customers during the planning and implementation phases
- Support of sales in technical matters as well as development of solution concepts
- Execution of commissioning, function tests, and optimisations at the customer site
- Training of users and technical support after commissioning
- Several years of experience in automation technology and handling of PLC controls
- Experience in planning and design of measurement, control, and automation solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Driving licence category B and willingness to work at customer sites within Switzerland
- Fluent German skills and good French skills
- Responsible work with a high degree of independence and varied projects

Profile
- Completed technical basic training in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or comparable- Several years of experience in automation technology and handling of PLC controls
- Experience in planning and design of measurement, control, and automation solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Driving licence category B and willingness to work at customer sites within Switzerland
- Fluent German skills and good French skills
